It usually takes around 10 months once the application is filed with Department of Labor.

There is no filing fee for the application.  However, the Labor Certification cost includes more than just a filing fee. There will be additional costs associated with the recruitment process such as placing ads and taking the time to interview potential U.S. candidates. One requirement for the sponsoring company is that they have to post an ad as an effort to hire American workers first. We can help to significantly reduce this cost. 

The visa process has two seperate steps. The first step is for a sponsor to submit form I-140 to USCIS. This process can take between 6 to 69 months. However, there is a fast track that takes 15 days for expedited reveiw. The second step is the immigration visa process that takes about 9 months.
